Self Healing Practices
Lisa Trivell will teach basic breathing techniques, seated yoga (including facial exercises), and self-massage practices, that enable relaxation and rejuvenate the body. A guided relaxation will be given that will lead into a creative segment.
3 Sessions for each Location
- Seated Yoga. Still life set up work in water soluble crayons
- The participants inspired by the Nature meditation will create two large mural. One mural is with the cool colors (Ocean) the other with warm colors (Sun). Acrylic paints are used.
- Seated Yoga and Chakra meditation. Small collages will be created so that participants can keep their work home.
