Self Healing Practices

Lisa Trivell will teach basic breathing techniques, seated yoga (including facial exercises), and self-massage practices, that enable relaxation and rejuvenate the body. A guided relaxation will be given that will lead into a creative segment.

 

3 Sessions for each Location

  1. Seated Yoga. Still life set up work in water soluble crayons
  2. The participants inspired by the Nature meditation will create two large mural. One mural is with the cool colors (Ocean) the other with warm colors (Sun). Acrylic paints are used.
  3. Seated Yoga and Chakra meditation. Small collages will be created so that participants can keep their work home.
